The next European Conference on Quality in Official Statistics will take place in Krakow from 27 to 29 June 2018. Like its predecessors, the Q2018 conference will offer participants a platform for high-level discussions on many diverse quality issues in official statistics, as well as to exchange methods and good practices between experts in different areas from different institutions (statistical offices, international organisations, researchers and academics).

The conference aims to focus on methodology and quality-related issues that are important for the development of the European Statistical System. Furthermore, as an open forum of debate, it represents an opportunity to introduce innovation in many aspects related to quality of statistics.

In addition, a series of training courses will be held on 26 June 2018. These training courses strengthen and expand the programme, covering topics such as Big Data, Data integration and validation, Data visualization and dissemination, Linked open data and Total quality management.
